I provide personalised Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and RESTORE Scar Therapy in the comfort of your home. My services support lymphatic concerns, post-surgical swelling, and scar-related changes following surgery, injury or cancer treatment.
Each treatment is tailored to your individual presentation and needs, with a gentle, considered approach focused on comfort and safety.
GP or Physiotherapist referral is preferred prior to the initial appointment to support safe and appropriate care.
Private health insurance rebates may be available, depending on your level of cover.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Gentle, specialised support for the lymphatic system
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised, gentle hands-on technique designed to support the movement of lymphatic fluid through the lymphatic system.
Unlike traditional massage, MLD does not involve deep or forceful pressure. It uses slow, light and rhythmic movements, with the direction and sequence of treatment adapted to the individual.
I practise the Casley-Smith Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, with each treatment adapted to the individual's needs, comfort and clinical presentation.
MLD may be appropriate for:
• Lymphoedema
• Lipoedema
• Chronic or persistent swelling
• Post-surgical swelling and recovery, when medically appropriate
• Swelling following injury or medical procedures
• Lymphatic support following cancer treatment
RESTORE Scar Therapy
Specialised scar care following surgery and cancer treatment
RESTORE Scar Therapy is a specialised, non-invasive hands-on approach for scar tissue, fibrosis and adhesions.
Scar therapy may help improve range of motion where scar tissue, fibrosis or adhesions contribute to movement restriction. It may also help reduce pain, sensitivity and discomfort associated with scar tissue.

About Me
I have been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist for nearly 10 years, with much of my experience gained through providing mobile care for older adults and people living with chronic health conditions. Through this work, I developed a strong interest in lymphatic drainage and scar therapy, as many of the people I support experience swelling, scar tissue and other changes following illness, surgery or cancer treatment.
I genuinely enjoy supporting people to improve their comfort, mobility and quality of life. I strive to provide care that is professional, compassionate and person-centred, and I want every client to feel safe, listened to, comfortable, respected and genuinely cared for throughout their treatment.
My qualifications include a Diploma of Remedial Massage, qualification as a Lymphoedema Therapist, RESTORE Oncology Scar Specialist, and Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing). I am also a member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT) and the Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA).
I am committed to ongoing professional development and will be undertaking Oncology Massage Level 2 training as the next step toward becoming a qualified Oncology Massage Therapist. I also continue to expand my knowledge of conditions that commonly affect the people I work with, including dementia, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
I believe learning never really stops. Continuing to build my knowledge and skills helps me provide thoughtful, individualised care with warmth, respect and compassion.
Mobile Therapy & Fees

I provide mobile Manual Lymphatic Drainage and RESTORE Scar Therapy throughout the Adelaide Hills and Adelaide Eastern Suburbs, visiting clients in their own homes, retirement villages and nursing homes.
Receiving treatment in your own environment can offer:
• Greater comfort and privacy
• No need to arrange transport
• No need to navigate parking or busy clinic environments
• Less physical effort when travelling is difficult or tiring
• The opportunity to rest comfortably after your treatment
For clients living in retirement villages or nursing homes, mobile treatment can also provide:
• Treatment in the privacy and comfort of their own room
• Easier access for people with mobility limitations
• Less disruption to their usual routine
• A familiar environment that may help them feel more comfortable and at ease
Appointment Fees
Initial Appointment — approximately 75 minutes $170
Follow-up Appointment — 60 minutes $150
Follow-up Appointment — 90 minutes $200
Travel is included in the appointment fee.
